i read a post or a reply(cant remember) saying i could wrap copper tape around my humbucker for even more noise canceling.is this true, and is there a right and wrong way to do this?oh yah, should i stop making new posts and just keep asking for advice in the same thread?dont want to get on everyones nerve's.

Yes, this is true.
And you won't believe it - that's what i'm actually doing with one humbucker.
But what you have to do is wrap the cooper tape on each coil. Then solder the beginning with the end of the tape, and then sollder a connection between the copper tape of each coil with a short, blank wire. Also connect this with the base plate.
