The stained one.
I like the natural version better actually. Cool contrast with the neck and hardware.
Although, the stained version does make it look like the headstock matches a bit more.
As much as I love the natural look of the first one, I'm gonna go with the stained one because I like the look of how it matches the headstock better, and that body looks pretty dam nice.

Natural, although the 2-piece non figured top makes me laugh. IMO there is NO good reason against using one piece on a thin, unfigured top like that except to save costs...If it were at least bookmatched and not clearly 2 pieces on the first glance....
The stained finish does a nice job of hiding that....The things people pass off as quality these days.

I argee with theodie. But if i would have to pick i would say stained. There question 'which guitar' doesnt really suit this, cause its the same guitar, just different finish.
