I place the amp's tremolo footswitch on my pedalboard, next to all of my other pedals.

But I hate having to go back and forth to the amp to change the tremolo settings. I want the tremolo speed and depth controls to be on the actual footswitch.

Do you think an amp tech can do this mod for me??

Can the controls be placed in the footswitch if I get a bigger housing?? Or would the entire tremolo circuit board have to be housed under there as well?? Thanks, guys.

unless you get niel young's 'whizzer' you'll hafta do some serious mods

let me think...

you'd have to make a switch that goes between the leads that go to the depth and speed pots. So your new trem circuit would be like this-leadsgt;switchgt;pots on amp with switch off, leadsgt;switchgt;pots on footswitch

Thanks guys. I'm not going to attempt doing the mod myself. I was just wondering if you think a regular guitar tech can do this job for me. I mean, does my request sound crazy? Or do you think a guitar tech can really get it done?
