I've got a P-90 here, not sure if it's an early Gibson, Seymour, what.
It's got green/black unshielded lead wires, has white-ish masking-tape wrapped around the coil, black coil-spindle, glued-on dual Alnico's. It sounded fantastic. I say SOUNDED because I was just installing it in my 1956 Gibson ES-225, my choice over all the other P-90's laying around here, when my wife and her entire animal-entourage barged past, knocking it from my hands, and now the green lead-wire which USED to be attached to the coil start-wire is no longer attached. I just want to figure out what this WAS, so I can maybe find another one! It was reading out at 7.85k There was no rear bracket, the magnets were glued -- WERE glued-- on, I was mounting it on a new bracket to install. WAAAHHHH......................
