I really hate to be doing this, but I need to pay bills and eat so my Charvel 25th Anniversary Strat (#49 of 86) is going up on the block. I don't have any pics at the moment, but most of you here should be familar with them (see for more info). The guitar is in excellent to near mint condition with virtually zero playing wear (less than 20hrs total play time). I purchased the guitar in Dec 2004 and I still have all of the original paperwork and hang tag. The original Gamp;G HSC will also be included.

The guitar is alder w/maple neck amp; board with a '78 (EVH) pickup and single volume knob. Original NOS Charvel brass tremolo with gold schaller tuners. I know this guitar is *supposed* to channel the VH1 sound, but I can't quite hear it (don't have Eddie's hands I guess). I would say that the guitar sounds rather Les Paul like, except a bit brighter and more chimey like an ES-335. I've used the guiar on one recording an you wouldn't know it wasn't a 335 if I didn't tell you.

I plugged it in briefly this morning (first time in about 4 months) and it just isn't doing it for me anymore. I started with Gibsons and that's what I've always played with every band I've been in. Strats are ok, but they're just not my thing... On that note it is still available, but I may have to list on ebay soon as my bills aren't paying themselves
