meh.. i shouldnt have gone to the store today ...

they got a sweet MIM fender strat! unpluged it was kinda ok, but through a fender hot rod deluxe it sang like no other!
the neck was nice and comfy and the fretboard realy felt good. like the small frets too. had a one piece maple neck, poplar body and candy apple red finish.. i gotta call laz (luthier that works on my rhoads) this evening to tell him i want THAT color lol ..man, that guitar just felt so nice. i had fun violining notes and some dude that got there to buy a snare for his son was realy awestruck

wanted to go to the other store cos they got a deal with Dean and are selling the imports.. they got a schenker sig V there and i said damn.. i aint goin there today.. dont need more gas gt;.lt;

dude.. i am gassing for a strat for like... at least 2 months now . just ask nuni LOL

i'm trying to find the strat that feels best in my hand. this one was close, but the fretboard needs to be a tad smoother, the frets needed polishing and the back shape needed some work, apart of that i loved it
not to mention the strings fukkin sucked

Oneday at a local shop that has tons of MIM Fenders i tried a ton of the Standard models out.... A black one with a 1-piece Maple neck was amazing!!!! Some felt like stones with no tone and this Black one just vibrated in your hands! Amazing guitar.... saddly i had to pass.... whoever got that guitar got a good one!
