Hello folks,
I recently bought a second hand crafted in japan strat 50's reissue.
It has all original.
I've replaced the bridge with a Dimarzio Chopper and kinda like what it does.
Then I tried the cruiser neck and I felt terrible for that and after a very short time period I brought back the original single coil.
What I want is pretty much the same sound it has, but without the HUM.
What is your best advice for pickups for neck and middle position that would act like normal single coils without the hum?
The guitar's body is a two piece probably alder body, it looks like alder.
It's a sunburst finish, it's a maple neck and fretboard with 21 frets,
the neck is a V shape neck with a pretty round radius.
I hope this info would help for a good recommendation.
I like its tone as it is right now, but I dislike the HUM!
Thank you very much!
BetaCAM.
Duncan Stack or Stack Plus. The Stack Plus should be available by the end of 2005.
