Help! I have some SD pickups that I got second hand. I checked the identification on 's page but can't find an exact match. One Pickup says quot;D C Lquot; on the sticker and the other one says quot;APH1BLquot;. There are similar ones on the site, but nothing that's exactly the same. Can anyone tell me what these are?
The first one sounds like a duncan custom. The DC means duncan custom and the L is who wound the pickup. The second one is a Alnico II pro bridge I belive. If its a bucker, then thats what it is. Duncan makes alnico pro singles and I get them mixed up sometimes.
Welcome to the Forum also!!!!
Thanks, theodie. Nice avatar by the way! So it seems like these were wound by the same person then? Are these both bridge pickups??

Thank you for the compliment, I think they are probally wound by the same person. I would put them in your Ibanez. The custom in the bridge and the APH in the neck. The aph is a bridge position but, It should sound fine in the neck. They should balance pretty well when played together also. They are both bridge position but, the APH is pretty much the same as the neck position just a tad hotter. It wont matter if you are using it with a custom bridge though.
