hey i want to buy the graphtech saddles for a 2003 fender standard American Stratocaster but I dont know much about this stuff and there are like 5 different companies that sell tham and like dozens of sized, can anyone help me out where I can order what company, possibly a link?
I think that you'll need part no. PS-8001-00, but to be sure go to the source:
https://estore.graphtech.com/gti/aquarius/items.asp?CartId={442750A7-3DFB-4CEVEREST11-B992-D8D817EAABDA}amp;Bc=STRINGSAVERamp;Cc=ELECSADDLESamp;Tp=amp;Br andName=String Saveramp;CatName=Electric Stringsaver Saddles
Contact GraphTech and have them send you a sizing guide. I don't know the number offhand, but they're more than happy to help you with that.

You can also just order the String savers at Musicians friend. I am pretty certain these are the ones you need. The American Standard bridge has the intonation screw off center, where the vintage style is in the center.
Check this, but do yourself a faveor and confirm it with the numbers listed above.

whats the difference between Graph Tech FerraGlide Saddles and the Graph Tech string savers????
The ferraglide saddles are made of stainless steel with a graphite insert where the strings ride. The concept is metal saddles should maintain original sound yet still minimize wear and tear on the strings. I have never used these, but I have the stringsavers on almost every guitar I own (which is quite a few) and I cannot hear any noticeable difference in tone. If you are interested here is a link.
from : localhost/other difference is about $20.00
