i've got bridge pickups coming out of my ears so but i need a new neck pickup... will trade for interesting neck pups, prefer alnico ii, pearly gates, jazz type but interested in other neck pickups... or $55 shipped...

Hello my friend. I am looking for a Humbucker for a fender strat I have, alder body, rosewood fretboard.
the Pickguard holds just 1 pick-up (a single humbucker) It also has just 1 volume knob, that I will be putting in a push/pull pot for.
I'm looking for a humbucker that would sound like a real strat when split with the push/pull pot.
I know this pick-up would split well, do you think it would be an ok choice for a guitar with just 1 pick-up and no tone knob?
