I finally got my server back, so I am now ready to share with you the lovely used USA Strat I snatched up a few weeks ago. The folks in Corona did a damn good job on this one. Take a look:
Here she is, taking a nap on the couchThat's a graphite nut. I really like the satin finish on the neck - very fast. This is a pretty unique piece of rosewood - it has a nice chocolate streak from the 10th fret to the heel. The pic doesn't do it justice. Those are Classic Stacks: one neck, and two bridge. All three were put in by the previous owner. They sound amazing! Some people say the output is too low, but I think they're perfect for this guitar - very bell-like.The bridge has after-market graphite saddles on it (brand unknown). The sustain and resonance on this guitar is better than any other Fender I've ever tried.Look at that beautiful wood grain! Again, the pics don't do it justice. I love the finish too. Here she is with her older sisters: the Number One Strat, and the Canadacaster.nice guitar!
I'm gonna just ask before everyone else...why do you have all lefty guitars strung right? Big Hendrix fan? Just because? either way its pretty cool!
edit: i think i see, I've seen someone do this before. You're a lefty and learned on a righty that wasnt restrung! again cool!
hellooooo moto!

Bingo. I'm glad you think it's cool; a lot of people give me a hard time about it ... until they hear me play Originally Posted by JeffBcongrats..thats gotta be a tone monster...
You know it! This baby resonates like a freakin' church bell. I love the pickups too.
Hmmm, I've never heard of someone playing that way before, lefthanded with a guitar strung for a righty. But hey, whatever works for you, right!! That's a kickass looking strat by the way man, congrats.
I had a Strat that was a lefty once, loved it alot so I restrung it too.
Want a reverse neck one day
Love the way the strings act this way.
me like red tele. red tele hot and give boner.why red maple logo? u canuck?
Doesn't Doyle Bramhall Jr. play that way as well? Pretty trippy to watch!

Back off, she's mine! This is the only lefty Tele with a rosewood board I have ever seen, so of course I had to buy it. Such is the life of a southpaw: if you see a guitar you like, you'd better buy it 'cause you may never see it again! Both the Tele and the new Strat were impulse purchases, and I don't regret either one at all.
And yes, I am Canadian. The red and white reminded me of the flag, so I slapped that sticker on there to complete the look. I'm thinking of putting a mini hum in the neck position, and when I do that I'll get a new pickguard with a maple leaf silkscreened on.Originally Posted by FretFireDoesn't Doyle Bramhall Jr. play that way as well? I hadn't heard that one, but that's really cool if he does. The ones I know about are D|ck Dale and Albert King.
Tasty guitar! Those look like Graph Tech saddles.
Ah damn... why are there so many new strats on the forums lately... and why can't I afford so many... damn... I want that too...
D!ck Dale plays like that. I like it. Cool guitars too dude.
Beautiful guitar - I love my Sunburst Strat!
AHHH!!! IT'S BACKWARDS!!!
Just kidding, bro! Very cool guitar!
Very nice, man. All three are good looking guitars.
Thanks everyone!

I must say that your new baby is quot;ratherdashingquot;
