Its a bass pickup but is the same size as a 81/85/89 etc. The specs show a rez freq of 4.5 versus 2.25 for the 81. Which I dont know what that means or how it relates to sound....Im just curious what this will sound like in a guitar rather than a bass. Better low end perhaps? Dogpoop? Anybody have any ideers? Thanks

I would guess more along the lines of dogpoop, but who knows... seems like somebody had some luck with a certain Fender bass amp...

I don't know either, but I'd say try it out. I'm interested. You could at least put some wicked gain on it or something.
