How much would you pay for a 1994 Epiphone Les Paul Black Beauty triple gold pickups with a JB in the bridge, fret leveling and all that stuff done to it, and is a rare epi with a ery low action? It also has normal wear from playing. How much would you pay for it? Thanks guys, lemme know. I really don't know if I want to sell it or not, I played a schecter yesterday and it blew me away. I never play my LP anymore n don't really like the sound of it anymore, very dark and muddy and doesn't match well with my amp at all. Thoughts?

I don't get what you mean by rare, but I'd pay maybe 450 for it.

Used Schecters go on eBay all day for 350 or so.

Rare as in one of the ones you find every once in a while that plays better than the rest. I've played 3 other exact same models but different years and they sucked bad, horrible everything and didn't weigh near as much for some reason. Anybody got a schecter they wanna straight trade for my LP? haha

like a dollar.

With an Epiphone, you're going to take a hit. You're looking at $350 to $400.

You could probably get $450 with the right advertising.

If you don't like the guitar, sell it. But make certain that you like the Schecter enough to sell the Epi, knowing that you most likely won't get the price that you want for it.

*Opens up wallet, looks*

Would ya take $10 for one?

notta damn thing! les pauls are icky

I agree with the others, Epi's, like other lower end asian guitars, don't hold value well...You're looking at somewhere around $350-$400 from a reasonably frugal buyer. You may get more. The fretwork and playability stuff doesn't really add value on the market, particularly the internet market. The JB isn't going to add much value either, it'll just make it sell easier, kinda like putting ceiling fans in your house. I'd probably pull the JB and sell it seperately and then sell the axe. You'll probably coax an extra $30-$40 that way.

Good luck!!

Mike

Pulling out the JB and selling it seperately is a very good idea.

Nothing... I´d buy a Gibson or say screw it

It's a bad thing, but it really can't be helped.
