Just wondering if a standard volume/tone control hole in a pickguard is the correct size for a 3-way toggle switch?
I can't say from experience, but if anything I think it's too small for a toggle. Those holes are very easy to widen if need be.
Anyone? I'm waiting on this to pull the trigger on a new pickguard for the strat. I'm thinking of using the conventional 3-hole pattern and going master volume, 3-way toggle, master tone.

Possible after, or as close as I could get:

Its not the same size, the Pots are 3/8 and the 3 way is 15/32. You could just open up the hole a tad bit!

I think a mini toggle is smaller that a pot shaft hole. I had one on my old Strat. You shouldn't have a problem fitting the mini in. I wanted a toggle switch on mine, something bigger to grab on to. It's really nothing to make the hole wider. You can use a file, sandpaper, or even a knife.
