Never tried one, but I'd have serious questions as to how they can sell these for $30 if they are as high quality as the seller claims. A comparable Warmoth neck would cost at least five times as much. If you wanted to practice fretwork or other amateur luthiery tasks, I could see it being useful. But if I needed a good neck for a guitar I actually planned on playing, I'd look elsewhere.
