I have an ES-137 and find the stock P-90's way too noisy. I have been told that the SD P-90 Stack will retain the P-90 tone (mostly). I see that the Stack P-90 is 4 conductor, so I am looking for wiring options. Suggestions?

Well, you could wire it to be normal hum-cancelling. You could also do the powerboost mode where both coils are on. That gives you a loud fat P-90 tone but you lose the hum-cancelling. You could also wire one coil off so you get traditional P-90 tone. Again, you lose hum-cancelling. You could also wire it to where each coil is out-of-phase with the other.

What about using push/pull pots... what options become available? Which of those listed normally go together?
