hey guys, i have a mate looking to buy a small gigging amp, most probably tube-powered. budget is about £500, and footswitching is pretty important.. both the clean and the OD channels are pretty important, but i guess the OD can be worked on with pedals..
we've tried the DSL 401, and the OD sounds are a bit fizzy... does anyone know of any EL34-based new amps in this price range? we're pretty open to suggestions.. if not, i guess he's on the market for a JCM hehe
