I love JB when he's playing Strats, Tele's, Les Pauls, Tele's w/buckers...whatever! Jeff always has a killer tone, and you know it's Jeff by the 2nd note!
Slash
Another vote for one of my favs(Jeff Beck)...
I Love Satch's overdriven and clean tones also..
Warren Haynes has a wonderful singing warm tone also!
Robben Ford
Warren Haynes got the tones I'm looking for.
I don't know if he's an endorser but I know he uses SD's beacause he was mentioned recently on the home page, but Steve Stevens' electric tone on the Billy Idol Storytellers dvd is to die for. Check out 'Eyes Without a Face'. I got this dvd not because I'm a Billy Idol fan but because they had it playing at Circuit City one day and it sounded great. Steve Stevens steals the show.
That's a tough one, I would say it's a tie between Daron Malakian, Alexi Laiho and Dimebag Darrell.
Daron's tone is perfect in almost every way; clear, crunchy, loud, and bassy without being overly so. I always thought there was more gain to his tone than there is.
Alexi has heaviness, blended with harmonics, cut, and somehow quite bright, but it doesn't make your ears bleed.
Dime had the infinite sustain, insane clarity, heaviest palm mutes, satanically delicious amounts of gain, that trademark quot;ass-kickin face rippinquot; quality, and pinch harmonics that make me feel a rush every time I hear them.

Daron Malakian and Alexi Laiho don't use s... but I'm sure you already knew that. I also like their tone.
But the user I would like to have the tone of is: Bruce Kulick of Grand Funk Railroad, formerly of KISS and Union.
JB / '59 has got it goin' on. Rock On
I got the tone!
not an endorsee though
Warren Haynes
Scott Henderson's Tribal Tech Stuff from the 90's with the 59's.
Blues Saraceno! Flat out killer tone!
George Lynch
Duke Robillard and Ronnie Earl.
Everyone else in the world is just trying to keep up....
