Jul 8, 2005 - This guitar has terrible playability issues. It has way to small of a neck. I hate it cause it doesnt compare to my harmonica. Also my banjo has much better action, tone, and speed, of the frets. I outsoloed my friend on a sg with that smoker. I was pleased with the overall value becase it just looks right when i play my ballroom gigs. thankz a lot gibson for making my dreams come trueIt's reviews like that that make you wonder if it's really just someone making fun of all the other reviews. There's an absolutely hilarious one on Harmony Central for a Blues Jr.

WOW!400 dollars at G center-therefore they paid 150 bucks for it
Fender sold for 150 bucks,therefore it cost them 50 bucks to make it
20 of those 50 bucks were for man labor and shipping across seas-
so figure the speaker mabe cost ten bucks,maybe less,and a 20 dollar preamp-though from what I remember its not really an quot;all tubequot; amp-all tube amps have a tube rectifier and sometimes a tube phase splitter I think its called-what makes my amazing sound is a printed pc board that can also be found in 7$ radioshack calculators and toy remote control cars-old school amps had point to point wirring,which means some time and product cost went into them-Ive been playing for 63 years and its great!though I forget what my older amps sound like

Ive been playing for 72 years,I use to own a pevey practice solid state amp that I bought last year-I put some christmas lights in the back to look like tubes and wow!what a tonal differnce-and this amp it the same-there are glowing tubes back there so therefore I can tell you that it sounds good!great!amazing!I play my $100K 59 les paul standard through it and wow,it was like they were made for each other!actually I bought the junior on musicians friend and am waiting for it to be delivered,but its a tube fender!so I can tell you now its sounds great!!!!!!!

Ive been playing for 83 years I can tell you this amp is rock solid!
If anything should brake inside it no matter what part it is it will only cost me 50 bucks or less to replace it.

its great!Fender plus tubes means its great!its better than any old fender,ampeg,gibson amps-those suck-I know,Ive been playing for 81 years-those old amps back then in there day cost adeast a grand each-which could be about 2-3000 dollars in todays money-so now if you spend 500 bucks on an old school amp ,not only have you bought an amp for for about what it cost them to make it in their day's money value ,yove of gotten a $3000 amp for 500 bucks-why do that?you can buy an amp that cost 50$ to make for your $400-hey,its a fender,it sounds great!
