I'v recently just bought a Jazz neck and Custom bridge pickup and installed them on my Epi Les Paul.

I bought some gold covers and found that the pole pieces don't quite match up with the middle of each of the holes on the cover. Is this normal or have i purchased a set of wrongly sized covers?

There like maybe 1 or 2mm out btw.

Thanks

Typically aftermarket covers do not fit SD's, nor do Gibson covers...slightly different spacing. You can buy SD covers for around $10 from any authorized SD dealer. This one may have some in stock.

Actually, if you just send John and e-mail at that site, he will ship them to you. You probably won't find them listed on anyone's site...John is a great guy, and will take care of you.

Thats excellent will contact him and see what he says. Really appreciate your help my friend!

Anytime. Blackrose is an excellent source for pickups, and I believe shiping costs are very reasonable to the UK. Enjoy!
