what the hell is elbow grease?

i've been reading so much about it and i do not have the slightest clue what it is. i believe its readily available but from where i am, there's nothing in the market called elbow grease!

I usually keep my elbow grease stored in jar, preferably in a cool place, like a refrigerator. Sometimes I find that my jar of elbow grease won't do the trick. In those cases, I usually open a can of whoop-ass to get the job done right.
