I would what guys think I should do? It costs about $150 more if I get a hard case for my tokai from ishibashi. I could just order it then get a deluxe tokai hard case here from : localhost/to save some money too.

The shipping would be a lot safer if the guitar came inside the case. I'd buy it from Japan.

Oh I forgot to mention it comes with a soft case. Well I guess I get it from Ishibashi with my guitar because I just got a price quote from jsd that the total for the case will be $125, basically a $14.18 difference not much of a price to pay for safety.

If you get any Gibson style guitar, with the proper headstock pitch and you don't get a hard case for it, you're a fool.

edit: OK, I see the idea. As long as they ship the guitar with insurance, I wouldn't worry about it and I'd get either a TKL case or the Tokai branded case afterwards- but I'd want the guitar in a hardshell if I were playing out anywhere.
