Just put together my telecaster...here's the specs

1 piece black korina body, tummy/forearm cut, contoured heel.
2 duncan full shreds
warmoth construction maple/ebony neck, SS frets, full scallop, 59' contour
1 vol, 1 tone, 1 tap switch, 3-way pickup selector
Hipshot hardtail
Schaller locking tuners
And of course....the dice knobs.

Was originally gonna use some skull knobs i got here, but those ended up being a little too big. oh well.

And now, onto picage:
I tung oiled the body and finished it off with some beeswax/orange oil mix. Totally diggin the whole woody feel.

Plays like a dream, can't wait to try her out on my KRANK

Not too bright, it is a little brighter-toned through my POD xt though. I guess the real test will be puttin it through my krank.

Cool tele, hope it sounds as cool as it looks.

I really love it! One day i want an unusual tele of some sort, that sort of thing would do nicely!

i couldn't handle the scallopped frets though!

It actually went through about two incarnations before it came to this...i gotta say that the pics arent all so great on this one...the colors are a bit washed out. Its much more dramatic in person.

The first incarnation was the tele bari: Baritone guitar, abalone pickguard, I put a dimarzio breed bridge and chopper neck in there:
Next incarnation was the tele cool: This is where I got the scalloped board...diamond plate guard, flame bridge and control plate, put a dimarzio fred and two choppers in there. Later on the choppers were replaced with lindly fralin blues specials.
I would have kept it as the tele cool, but the body was a bit uncomfortable, plus a little flash for my tastes...I kinda like to keep things a little more subdued .

Both those were before I switched over to duncans too...

So, for the new body I wanted somthin special, so I settled on a one-piece korina body, and put a couple of hums in it. Simple, but reeks of awesome.

Only two words can describe that tele...

FLIPPIN' SWEET!

The other teles are nice too, its making me want to try one of those instead of a strat...nope...never mind

Sorry... I just always found the tele shape hideous, period. That is one of the nicest I've seen, though.

It sure is...I ordered it a few weeks ago. I asked for the narrow-spaced strat bridge routing, but they gave me the vintage routing . So, I had to enlarge the holes myself.

Looks pretty cool. I tihnk you should do some dome top knobs instead of those dice.

I really dig the body shape and natural finish. I was in a continuing ed meeting all day and was sketching something very close to that.

very nice. the only thing i would do is put a black hipshot on it and change the knobs
