Howdy people,
I've got a 65 Mustang (stock) and a pair of JB junior - little 59 p'ups I got off ebay that have been sitting around. Does anyone recommend this combo? They were originally meant to go on a different guitar, but that fell through. Now I'm tempted to throw em in to see what they'll do to my Mustang. If so, I was thinking JB in the bridge, and little 59 in the neck.... I hope someone knows about this setup!!

I guess you mean a 65 Mustang Reissue... Otherwise you'll be ruining a precious vintage axe!!!

I don't have experience with that pickups but I do know the full sized versions. If you like rock to hard rock it's a great combo. Don't expect great clean from the bridge but that's what the neck 59' it's for.
