Thanks for coming in!
These have a red, a white and a shield.....one wire measures 8.9K, the other wire measures 4.9K when tested to the shield.....how are these supposed to be wired up? If I just go from red to white I get 4.5K? I mean I would expect another wire in there???? If you can clear this up for me I thank you in advance. Anyone know how these sound?



You have this:They've just used 3 wires instead of four. Peavey does this also. The wire that measures 8.9k to sheild is the quot;mainquot; hot wire. The one that measures 4.xk to the others is the quot;splittingquot; wire.

So to use normal, just use the 8.9 and tape the other? Thanks for your help!
