It's a Les Paul light I think. All Mahogany, ebony fretboard. He wants something crunchy, yet a little trebly. I advised him the JB or the FullShred, but I'm affraid the FS could be a little bass heavy. I know for sure that the JB is a bit bright and crunchy so it seems like the best choice. How about a Custom, Distortion or Custom Custom? Any other suggestions? He's playing through a JCM800 combo. He also wouldn't mind a tone close to Arch Enemy's.
Jonathan? say hi to him for me.
haha yeah that's him :P I will, no probs
ooh back to the question, JB sounds wonderfull in a good slab of mahogany (read : LES PAUL). the trebles and mid are brought into a nice range.
I like the Custom in mahogany.
Warpig.
Warpig... Eh that'd be a lot of money, but I'll suggest it to him. Won't it be VERY bass heavy though?
My vote goes to the Custom!!!!
