Well.. I always wanted a Gibson EDS1275 double-neck 6/12 guitar.

This weekend, I was thinking quot;this time, no Epiphone compromise, I want the real thingquot;.

But I cant afford it, I must be realistic. Already have 3 electrics, 2 acoustics, I cant justifiy another 2-3k $.

I met a few months ago a fantastic luthier in my area. He studied with Benedetto a few years ago, and learnd everything from him. He is incredible. He has been certified Fender GOLD, just by sending them pictures of his works.

So I asked him.... guess what ? He said YES So, probably in less than a year, I'll have an EDS1275 built to my specs by an awesome luthier. Isnt that cool ? We haven't discussed about the price yet, but he's a nice guy and a friend of mine, so I dont worry about that. ISNT THAT REAL ROCK N ROLL ?

Sounds like you'll be getting a better guitar than even Gibson could do. Rock on!
