i´ll send my guitar to a Luthier to re paint, to have a new pickguard build (White/blue/white pearloid). H-H, 1 pot routing and 3 way switch routing.
new locking tuners and that´s it

BODY WOOD???? Please, can you tell me if it is possible to know which wood is it by just looking at this pic? body neck cavity , where the neck joints the body.
Tuners.. Can you tell me which locking tuners should i buy as direct replacement? note that it has 2 screws that attach it in the headstock.

Sperzel makes really nice locking tuners, but you may have to drill a larger hole to fit them.

Yeah, but that is EXACTLY what i DON´T want to do, because i want to KEEP it just the exactly way it is, one scre up, one down. just want locking tuners. no matter which brand , i´m not exigent with this guitar. i just want new tuners without drill any hole or let any Drilled hole destroying the beautiful Maple Visual there on the headstock

There aren't any locking tuners that I know of that use that 2 screw mounting method.
I don't think you'll be destroying anything. We're talking about millimeters of difference, here.

Plus, if you're having a tech install them he should be able to cover up any unused screw holes.

40:1 means you have to turn the tuning portion 40x for the post to go around once ...
Sperzel's use a small post to anchor into the neck.
It is always best to dowel and redrill the holes,If the tuning keys seat crookedly then it can make tuning a pain,as well as looking like crap.
