I am kind of a newbie here. In the past, most of my posts have been of the quot;can you help me out?quot; variety. I just wanted to take a moment and post that I finally got my Duncan pickups installed in my teles. I tend to play more in the rock and Stonesy vein. My teles are a 52RI and a 72 Custom reissue from the mid nineties to give you an idea. In my 52RI I have an Antiquity bridge HB in the neck and a JD in the bridge position, Callaham bridge unit and new wiring. I love the sound. For the 72, I kept the WRHB and installed a Seymour Broadcaster in the bridge position, removed the stock bridge unit and used the 52RI bridge unit from the 52; I replaced all of the wiring and pots (500k for the neck and 250k for the bridge, .022 caps)--another great sounding tele. I can't recommend these pickups more highly. Thanks to everyone who posted suggestions to my queries along the way; it is very much appreciated.

Did I mention I love these pickups?

Nothing like Duncans in a Tele...have fun.
