Way overpriced and it looks like the Neck SC was added later... but otherwise I´d be all over it...

There's nothing special about that guitar, IMO.

I'd pass on that one as i saw a Charvel just like it for $500candian a few years back....

There´s a value difference of between 500$ and 2,5k stemming just from that little detail... and a UHGE difference in quality and playability

ya i hear ya... a lot do look a like! I wish i had been to music store that was closing sooner then i had... a few years ago a used guitar store in my town closed up... the owner wanted a break.. anyways she had a 1987-88-ish Model 1 i think... It is exactly like the guitar i own which is a Jackson style headstock, a single Jackson Humbucker and a non locking trem... But the one i saw at the used store someone had added a neck Dimarzio humbucker and a Floyd to it..... She wanted $400 for it for years and it sat there as no one wanted it... I herad they were selling everything cheap so i flew down there and the Charvel was gone... sold for $100..... all they had left was a Kramer Stricker and a 1989 Fernandes super strat... I snagged the Fernandes for $100.... has a pretty cool floyd copy on it called a Head Crasher Tremelo.... solid metal in it!

Shame about the kahler.
