What do you guys think about VHT amps?

I played one at the music store the other and HOT DAMN!!! I almost couldn't believe it. The tone I've always wanted was as close to being there while only plugging into a head! It was close, but I'm still not completly sold.

I'm looking at the Pittbull 100CLX.

Will you guys give your opinions on this amp, or VHT amps in general? I want to hear what other people think before I decide to hand out the cash.

Any help would be great.

I love'em. I actually prefer the CL to the CLX. A power tube job on a CLX is rather painful ($150 ) and with the gain stacking and boost on a CL it is like having a three channel amp anyway. I think the CL is a better deal. I don't think you can go wrong with VHT. I e-mailed VHT the other day and Steve Fryette (the President amp; Owner) answered back. That new single channel Plexi-esque head there are releasing soon is going to be really killer also...
