Are the Duncan 59's more noisey then some of the other Duncan humbuckers out there? Mine seems to have some interference or noise that does not happen with my other guitars. And yes the guitar is sheilded and the wireing is 100% correct, which was double checked by a local pro tech...

They're humbuckers, they shouldn't be making any noises at all if they were installed correctly....none of mine do.
No problems here either. A bit of hard earned wisdom, just cause you pay a tech doesn't make him a pro.
59s are not noisy. Maybe you have a shaky ground
Make sure the green and silver are twisted together and tinned with solder before you solder them down to the top of the pot. Red/White twisted together, tinned, and taped down alongside the lead. Black wire connected properly.

So what humbuckers do you have that are quieter? Some people have noted that humbuckers with ceramic magnets can be quieter than humbuckers with alnico magnets (since alnico is a metal that conducts electricity). But even the alnico humbuckers are MUCH quieter than single coil pickups like a P-90 or a Fender. (We are talking about random noises that are very subtle... most people would not notice them unless it was pointed out to them.)
When confronted with a guitar that seems excessively noisy, a small screwdriver can be used to help isolate the problem. Like try touching the pole pieces lightly- does this cause the hum to get worse or better? Now try touching the blade of the screwdriver to ground out the pole piece. Does touching the strings effect the noise? The answers to these questions can narrow down the problem...

I think the reason why people thinks ceramic are quieter it's because they have a better signal to noise ratio. The baseplate it's conected to ground so it should draind any current generated in the magnet.
I agree. Check the ground and soldering in general. Shouldn't be any noise.
thanks for your imput. I have check everything many times. I have been putting in pickups for years and years and i took the guitar to the best electronic's tech in my area to see if i missed something, i really trust him. If he says that the wireing is good and he sees nothing wrong then i will say that it is a good wire job. The 59 has 2 wires and it is not hard to tell which is which as the ground is the braided outside wire. i went the extra mile and bought new Gibson pots and a Fender 3way....
The noise basiclly sounds like the ground wire is off the bridge, but it is there and working.... The ground connect was tested with a volt meter to double check and it is working. It gets better or worse depending on the angle i'm standing in my room. It is picking up stuff from the room, like my alarm clock. For some reason when i stand closer to the alarm clock or my vcr (that is off, and so is the tv) the hum and buzz gets louder. I own about 20 Electric guitars and most of them are dead quiet in the same room thru the same amp. My strat with hotrails is dead quiet compaired to this tele with 59's. So is another strat with Duncan Custom, as is another pile of guitars with different Duncans in it. I find the JB's to be a bit noisier then other pickups but live with that. Odd part is the strat with the Custom in it is dead quiet but another Custom pickup i have is as noisy as this 59. 2 pickups of the same type and they are a world apart...
Strange stuff! I just don't like the idea of having to take the pickup out yet again and sent it all the way over to the Canadian dist for them to run a test on it. So i have tried to check all angles first. It's a pain. tele bridges are a pain to keep installing pickups in too as you have to completely reset up the saddles and intonate..... About as much fun as shooting your toe off....
