I'm not giving up on this blues thing.. I'm gonna nail it one day. I tried to loosen up a lot more this time than I did with the last blues thing I posted (which was a video). There are a few fudge notes and open strings hit here and there but that's all part of the blues experience lol.. I used my fingers from about 3:20 to 4 mins.

Loved it! Highly entertaining.
Great tone, love the P90 sound.
Room verb is great, too.
I though that sounded bloody marvelous.
Great fat single coil tone and some real gutsy licks coming from you, my boy!
Well done!
p.s.
Buy the Joe Bonamassa live DVD, you'll like it a lot.
awesome
Sounds pretty sweet!
What did you use to record? Guitar Port or amp/mic?
Amazing tone. Really good playing, especially on the slower parts. At times, it got a little quot;shred-bluesquot; for me, but that's mostly just a matter of taste. Great job!

Yeah, I'm a big metal fan so that's where the fast licks have come from :P
Ankalar - I used the guitar port, and added some room reverb in Cubase

I watched those clips, they're pretty good. Which album would you recommend buying? Amazon.co.uk doesn't seem to have that DVD
edit - the url didn't work
edit again - nevermind, found it @ play.com.. it's currently out of stock though! lol
That was some fine blues. Wish I could play like that when I was 18. Hell, wish I could play like that now!
Smoking Nuni!!
Maybe a tad too farty
But soo cool playing and it somehow fits
Funny to hear you do stuff like this.
Yo Nuntius! Progress! Good tone man..your vibrato is up-to-date as always!

You should hear this thing through a decent valve amp! I had it running loudly through a DSL Marshall Combo on a similar level of drive to what I'm using on this track.. sounded like mojo squared! That's a lot of mojo!
nice blues tone and chops...keep it comin....
chris
Great clip nuni. Your REALLY doing that Godin some justice with this clip. Again, awesome stuff.
