The body shape is kind of weird, but the tone might be interesting: a thinline with P-90's...
Anyone?
Tony
I can't say that I have, but it looks very cool and I bet it sounds good too.
I'm sure it's been reviewed in one of the mags (Guitar Player?)
Don't those have Duncan Designed P-90's in them too, or am I thinking of a different Squier?
If it is similar to my Tele Jr, then it should sound great. My guitar came with a Duncan P90 custom in the bridge and a P90 hot in the neck. Great guitar. It has 11 sound chambers instead of the thinline style, but I don't know how much of a difference it makes. The body is mahogany and so is the neck.
What kind of wood is it made of?
I believe those are duncans in there, not duncan designed...it's a really cool guitar..a guy on guitar.com was trying to sell one a little wihle back, may still be trying..I was tempted, but no money and no real need for it kinda took priority
I've played the solidbody ones before and they were well constructed, good sounding instruments. I'm sure the hollowbody version would give it a little bit of an airier tone and not quite as much punch or sustain.

You're right. For some reason I was thinking that was a Squier and not a Fender.
