I was simply adjusting the intonation on my bridge piece when the G string screw just stripped n crumbled like clay!! What the heck is with that?? What should I do about this! I want schecter to gimme not a crapola screw.

I thought those schecters came with tone pros bridges?

Tom with through body, but why are these screws complete crap?? How can I get it replaced because now all my strings are correctly intonated except my G string(no puns)

yup, gotoh's fault, not schecter.

So what should I do then??

call schecter, they'll send you a new one. if it's tonepros, call them, they'll give you a new one.

Find out from Schecter or Tonepros, where their nearest authorized repair place is.
Most likely, you'll be able to walk in with your guitar, and the service guy will have a toolchest full of spare bridge parts/bolts. They'll probably just hand it to you.

Schecter is pretty cool about making it right. One of my pickup mounting rings cracked on my C1 Plus and they mailed me two replacements...and I had bought it used off of Ebay.

Schecter's sent me new pots and gromits promptly when I contacted them from their website.

I called them and HOLY CRAP! Schecter are the coolest people ever. I told him what happened to my bridge and asked him what it was, he said it was just a stock bridge. I told him it just fell apart and that everyhting else on the guitar was great but that this was unacceptable and he said, man, lemme send you a brand new black tone pro's locking bridge so you can upgrade that stock bridge, I'd hate for you to have problems again. So anyways, I have a brand new locking tone pro's bridge coming my way! HELL YEAH!

Sweet ... now I know how to get a free Tonepros bridge!
