I'm thinking about getting single coil neck pickup changed.Guitar is all maple except rosewood fb.I want it to be sort of like Full Shred (needs to stay focused under high gain,tight bass...etc.),but it needs to sing when rolled off or in low-gain situation.Dimarzio's HS-2 or HS-3 comes to mind.Is there Duncan alternative?
The Duncan Alnico II will do the job.
Real Singles?
I'd say the APS-2 fits the bill.
Single coil sized humbucker?
Cool Rails fits the bill.
