Hi.

I have this Mahogny/Flamed Maple top Dean Vendetta in which
I was planning on putting a Screaming Demon in the neck.

I'm getting a Demon for about $80 used, which I consider a good
price, but the main question is how it would suit my guitar
in the neck ?

looking over the spec's i would think it is a great pup for the neck spot?
it is bright enough and not too over the top in output

demons are cool pups, just make sure the bridge is darker higher output

The demon is like a beefed up jazz model ; huge pick attack , bright , precise .
I have a demon in the neck because i liked the jazz but wanted more power and i got it , the only grip is especially if your guitar is bassy ( mahogany ? ) you could have too much and muddy low end but this can be cure with and EQ or an overdrive pedal in front of the preamp .
It is something to try a demon in neck .
