Yea, I just noticed that about the feedback, I sent em a message asking for a serial number and some pictures of the real guitar.

the sales pitch is what made me raise my eyebrows. when you go on and on about your quality and service being so great you are probably trying to scam someone.

That would definitely be the best way to check. But because of the feedback you can tell then that it's scam city.

I think the 4 bids it has on it are also being done by the seller, further indicating that this is a scam.

It seems to me, from his description, that its clearly a Gibson copy that they construct. He just isn't saying quot;copyquot; outright. Why would you talk about the quot;Gibsonquot; silkscreen, and quality of construction if it was genuine.
