I just made my strat incredibly powerful! Buwhaha, thanks to . Finally I got my Strat up to par, equiped with:
JB Jr. (Bridge)
Vintage Rails (Middle)
Cool Rails (Neck)
Oustanding! The Cool Rails is perfect for my scale work under distortion just outstanding! The Vintage is cranking out those wonderful highs when I play clean, perfect place for it right in the middle. And then the grand, key to the whole instrument. The JB Jr. outstanding as well. Wonderful harmonics, good chunk out of it. Completely turned my Strat from 'below' to 'beyond'.
This is pretty much my praise to . Once again I am satisfied with the product quality and design, and wonderful tone. Since the cool rails sound this great it really has me curious about the hot rails.
So my Praises to Seymour, and if anybody is curious of what to pop in their strat this is one of the ways to go. Perfection that can be blended into a 5-way pup selector.
Even the guys at the guitar shop had their jaws dropped.
So thanks again to everyones recommendations. Especially Matt (martinsixstringcustoms), hes an awsome guy who helped me pick em out. So if ya haven't done business with him, and don't have a Seymour Dealer around ya. He's the man to talk to.
Sounds like a raging beast of a Strat you've got there. Congrats!
Awesome! I think that review would make my decision for me if I was considering those pups. Very cool.

Sounds great-That's the setup I'm going for. I have a JBJR on order and should be in soon!
No Doubt kids, the blend is outstandingly amazing now I'm just shootin for a new amp and my desires should slim down, for now. But the cool rails is amazing, I'm blown away by the power, clarity, its an amazing pup.
It really makes me want to try a hot rails in the bridge sometime to see how it rocks. The Jb Jr. does the trick no doubt, but ah I guess there is no end....
It is a very tonal variety setup.
Dude thats awesome... never tried any of those pups but im glad you like them...
I have something similar, it's called a LES PAUL - hahah
just playing!
Great choices, I bet it sounds wonderful thru the right rig. I have a JB Jr and a Lil 59 in a strat and must say I am rather impressed!
I#8217;ve been praising the cool rails in the neck position for a couple years. It#8217;s easily my favorite humbucking single coil sized pickup.
The VR is also a great choice in the middle and works very well with the CR. One thing I generally suggest, however, is to use the bridge model VR in the middle position when using higher output pickups in the neck and bridge. The CR/VR/SH-12 in my strat copy will never be removed. Great combo you picked out! Enjoy.
Would a bridge model CR be too weak between a HRn and HRb on a Strat? I've never tried the CR, so I need some learnin' (hehe).
Mark
Actually Farkus, I might be more inclined to use a neck model CR between a pair of hotrails. The only reason I use a bridge model VR is because the neck model paled in comparison to the hotter neck CR and the hotter Screamin Demon. The difference in output between the HR and CR is not as great.
way to make the front page of the sd website! that p'up combo sounds awesome, im glad ur happy with waht uve got now.
