Very interesting. While the whole bolt on thing looks strange on a hollowbody, it does look like a very nice guitar (check out those inlays) and it looks like it's worth what the going price is for it.

The Spirit was made at the Gibson plant, and a number of their quot;high endquot; hollowbodies in current production are USA made, but the fact that this guitar comes with a bolt on neck makes me wonder.

they did make epi's in nashville and kalamazoo for a couple of years in the 90's (ending with early 97 .. or was it 94? searched a bit when i tried to pinpoint if my axe was a cheap import or a real deal.. sadly it's an import =P )

I can't say I recall ever seeing a hollowbody with a bolt on neck....interesting
