On my weekend of Ramp;R bands i saw a guy using a brown sunburst 335 type Gibson but it had Les Paul Deluxe style mini Humbucker's in it... Anyone know what guitar model that would of been?

Well, if it had chrome P-90's ,it would be an old ES330, similar to the 335, except it is not a semi-hollowbody, it's totally hollow inside. I can't ever remember seeing a 335 type guitar with mini's. But there's alot of stuff out there I've never come into contact with. Perhaps he replaced the P90's with mini-humbuckers?
Could be a 295.
I'm thinking ES-330 as well. A friend of mine has one that he replaced the bridge P-90 with a mini-bucker, and I gotta say, it's got some of the best tones I've ever heard.
The 295 is a single cut. I'm thinking 330 as well, or maybe a variant of the 335's, of which 6ibson made quite a few of in the '70s.
Are you sure it was a Gibson and not an Epiphone?
Gibson's mini-hum was meant as a replacement for Epi's New York pickup.
Ya it was a Gibson.... Looks like from the 70's.... Brown Sunburst and looked just like a 335 but had Mini Humbuckers... Maybe a rare model..... I have never seen one like it.... I have seen 335 type Gibsons with P90's... A friend has a 69.. so i guess it could be a Mini Humbucker moddified P90 Gibson.. But i still think it must of been a stock model from the 70's....
Sounds like a 330 to me, too.
