I have an Alnico 2 pro in the neck position of my Strat Plus. Are there any problems with dropping it into the bridge position?

No technical problems, but depending on what kind of pickup it's replacing, it might sound a little thin by comparison. The bridge pickup is usually wound a shade hotter.
