Can a LP owner please quickly measure a speed knob for me? I'd like to know the height and width of them.

It would be great if I could have them both in mm and inches.... Merci!

You sure you specifically want the Speed knobs (Rubber outside ring), not the standard Barrel or Bonnet knobs?

Don´t have an LP here, but just checking, as the speed kobs are rather uncommon these days....

AH.. I´ve always heard of those as quot;Barrelquot; knobs.... What most over here call quot;Speedquot; knobs are essentially the same thing with a rubber ring... (cant find a pic)

Though I could never understand why, I find them quite sluggish....

Yep, the ones in the pic are the ones I mean.

~22 mm or 13/16 inch wide

~12 mm or 1/2 inch tall

Argh, lol... Somehow I assumed he wanted the inside measurements....

London is very cool... There's a lot to see and do, some hot girls scattered about, and most importantly, the guitar shops are waaaaaay better.

They actually have PRS's here!!! *shock horror*

ahhh i know what you mean now zerb. they look just like the ones i posted but have a rubber strip around them almost like a black rubberband. i've actually been looking for a set of that style with no luck. i just thought they looked kinda cool and may work well for pinky volume swells.
