does any one have any idea what pickups mick from slipknot uses?? im thinking of customising a warlock, but his dont come stock standard, so any help would be great, thanx

He uses EMG. I beleive he uses the 81, 85 combo while Jim (or James) Root uses 81, 60 combo.

Im not 100% sure, but I'm over 90% sure!!

Yeh they r definately EMG'S (i am 99%) sure and 100% sure that Jim Root uses EMG 81/60 combo in his flat head TELE

Root just doesnt look right playing a tele.....even if it is black and has EMGs
