I'm just wondering how they are routed under the pickguard?
is it swimmingpool style like the legacy's are these days?
I'm thinking of getting one and going w/ a bucker in the neck. So, I am curious if I'll have to route it out or not .. which I dont mind doing to at all .. just try'n to plan ahead.
Thanks ~G
I don't know how they're routed, but the BluesBoy model already comes with a Seth in the neck, and there are a few other models amp; pickup configurations, such as a P90 in the neck, IIRC.
yeah .. thanks curly ... the blues boy is def cool as is the deluxe .. but I like the horseshoe tailpiece better. and the fact that one can grab up a special for next to nothing ..
My ASAT Special is routed for the MFD pups, not with a swimmingpool route.
hey thanks ... how old is your ASAT?
All Asat Special's have individually routed pickup holes. Only the Asat Z-3, and the Asat III (Asat III is no longer made) are swimming pool routed. Another great thing about the Special's, is the fact that the pickups are mounted directly to the body!Sprinter
thank you my fellow broadcaster owner.. appr. it ~G
