Can someone help me find some op-amps that are similar to the TL071? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Besides the obvious TLO81.....

NTE 857,
NTE 887,
NTE 941....LM741the specs for these should be readily available... as far as more OEM #'s....i'm not feeling that ambitious right this second...

Yup. If you go to mouser's website. I'm pretty sure they have a cross referance search engine.

There are TONS of replacement op-amps that you could sub for a TL071 if you know how to select 'em. The TL071 has a really low current draw and most of the replacement Burr Browns will consume at least 2-10 times as much juice so you need to make sure the power supply is up to the task.

What are you replacing and for what reasons? Do you want something faster, cleaner...more output? Smoother tone amp; response in an EQ circuit? Some of the other options can be a *little* unstable in some applications...supersonic oscillation can be a nightmare, it'll fry whatever's next in line and you won't know until it happens!

Burr-Brown, Mouser...Digikey etc. should all have crossover charts. FWIW, the TL081 is pretty much the same as a TL071...just selected for lower noise amp; tighter tolerances. If I was going to swap I'd go to something that'll really make a difference like the OPA674.
