Does this pup have single coil vibe to it? Im running one in the neck and get a single-esq tone out of it. Same as a Paf PRo dimarzio.. Just wondering if I have it wired right? Its good I mean.

The Pearly Gates neck and Alnico 2 Pro neck have both been described here, by users, as having a little tiny bit of a single coil vibe...I think the A2Pro neck especially. Lew

I'm gonna install my new pearly gates tomorrow in a gibson and then i will look how it sounds! I hope that it will have the single-coil vibe, i did order it after your suggestions - something like a jazz neck, just with more quot;meatquot; ;-)

The stupid guys in the custom office did have my package one wekk layin' arrojnd, until i got their message!
It took 6 days and 32$ to deliver from USA to Germany - the custom office in my city took 7 days, to contact me!

That stuff happens all the time. It makes shipping pickups overseas a real drag sometimes. The customer often blames the seller for the delay and we have nothing to do with the delay! The item gets to Europe or wherever in a fast timely way and then it sits on a shelf in a Customs office for a week or two weeks or longer sometimes. Meanwhile the customer is making all kinds of demands and threats to the seller over this quot;lostquot; item. It can be a real energy sucker...I hate getting involved when that happens and spending all kinds of time on a sale that started with maybe a $20. profit then watching that profit get smaller and smaller with the time time spent pacifying a customer who's running out of patience. Glad your transaction ended well.

the PG neck is a tad brighter than most buckers and the clean tone is pretty airy, but the A2Pro has quite a bit of single coil vibe to it!

Ok, Thanks all! I just wanted to make sure.. Im really loving the tones Im getting with this axe now.. Ill do a full review later.. I just wanted to make sure what I was hearing was correct. Im not used to that sound from a bucker. Lew, you were sooo right!! Thanks for making the recommendation!I dont think there is anything this axe/pup combo cant do..
