I`m not to crazy about the neck on my Highway 1 Strat , I actually prefer the neck on my MIM Strat. I was thinking of getting either a neck for Warmoth or a Fender neck off Ebay. The stock Highway 1 neck is 22 frets maple and I want to switch to 21 frets rosewood. My question is will I have any problems going from 22 frets to 21 as far a intonation , tuning stabiltiy and any thing else you can think of.
Thanks
I don't believe you will have any issues at all. Warmoth makes some great necks, and for the price it's hard to go wrong. You can pick the options you want. Fender necks off eBay can be hit or miss.
I love the neck on my Hwy 1. When you get your new neck, let me have first shot at that maple Hwy 1 neck of yours!
Hey Jeff H , I`ll be in touch. Hey , who`s that in your avatar?

One of the quot;Dean Girlsquot; from NAMM, 04'. I can't remember her name now, but I think it was Courtney. There are more pics of you go to the Dean site and look up NAMM photo's. Damn fine viewing for sure!
