JCM600? Never heard of that model before! What does it sound like?

to me it sounds about like a jcm900. its just a 60w version.

Actually, the JCM600 is the direct decendent of the JTM series of amp. It has by far the best clean channel (stock) of any Marshall I have ever played. The distortion on the amp is good for classic rock thru some hard rock. It does lack a little depth and chug in the low end distortion, but that is easily balanced with a pedal or a little trick thru the parallel effects loop.

Really, one of the sleepers in the Marshall line, and well worth it for the $$ you can pick them up for. I had the 2x12 combo, and am really sorry I sold it.

Any interest in selling just the head? I live up in Charlotte, so I'm only about a half hour away from Rock Hill....shoot me a pm if your interested with a price. If it's right, we may be able to make a deal.

yeah, these were derived from the JTM series. this amp just reminds me of a 50w jcm900 i had few years ago(with a better clean channel).

i'd prefer to sell this together but let me think about it. i might just split it up.
