I just installed a speaker in my new 1x12 cab. The volume is extremly low. I soldered the wires in the cab to the end of the speaker clips. I then put them on the speaker what is wrong?

If you wired it right then your new speaker is less efficient than your old one. Are you using your amp with just one speaker or two? If you're using it with two maybe you wired your new speaker out of phase with your old one. If that's the case reverse the wires on one speaker only. Lew

I am an A$$. I had it plugged into the DI jack. Hopefully I have not screwed anything up

Well at least you figured out what you did....
You should be ok...Worst case scenario would be that you take out the resistor across the ohms selector switch, but I doubt it...

Everything is working fine. I was reaching over when I plugged the speaker in. It was a bad no look pass!!!
